I made these for Marie for her birthday, only they didn't turn out and I am going to have to make another batch. They ended up with these weird stringy things in the middle (cooked egg? I don't know. I have never made them with egg whites before. All I know is the strings are okay for me to eat, but way, way too gross to give to someone as a birthday present). When the new batch is done I am going to dip them half-way in chocolate and sprinkle them with pistachios. Yum.
